Privacy notice

The short version

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me through the quote form or by email, and I use it only to reply to you and prepare your quote.

What the quote form collects

When you send a request, I receive the answers you pick and what you type: your name, company, email address or phone number, and your message.

• Send by email delivers the request to [email protected], a Microsoft 365 mailbox, through this website's server. The server keeps no copy.
• Send on Telegram opens Telegram with your request typed in. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and Telegram's own privacy policy then applies.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the web server records each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time and your browser type. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted after 14 days.

Fonts

Some fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when the page opens. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

How long I keep your request

Quote requests stay in my mailbox for as long as they are needed to prepare a quote and, if we work together, for the business records that follow. If we don't, you can ask me to delete your request at any time.

Who sees it

Only me. I don't sell, rent or share your details, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

Engagement data

Anything you share during an engagement, such as test accounts, findings or reports, is covered by the confidentiality terms in our contract, not by this notice.

To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email [email protected]. I reply within one working day.
